Professional overview

Overview

I support a video marketing agency by running the day-to-day production workflow: from the moment a shoot is booked to the moment the finished video is scheduled.

I know the workflow well enough to handle routine production work on my own, without daily instructions, and I bring decisions that need the founder's call to the founder.

Context

A small agency producing short-form video content for several clients, including clinics, coaches and wellness businesses. Shoots happen regularly, and each one produces a large amount of raw footage that has to reach editors quickly and in order.

The challenge

Raw footage arrives unsorted, editors need the right clips matched to the right scripts, and client feedback comes in at different times. Without someone tracking it all, deadlines slip and the same questions get asked twice.

What I coordinated

Edited reels, long-form videos, carousels and post kits, from raw footage through to scheduled posts.

My responsibilities

  • Monitored upcoming shoots and production schedules.
  • Created and organized Google Drive folders for raw footage.
  • Reviewed and sorted raw video files, matching unsorted footage to the right scripts.
  • Prepared organized assets for video editors.
  • Reviewed video drafts for quality and accuracy, and sent clear revision notes to editors.
  • Prepared social media content calendars and post kits (titles, captions, descriptions).
  • Coordinated client feedback and approvals.
  • Scheduled approved content on Meta and TikTok.
  • Escalated unresolved client decisions to the founder.
